First International Medical Society for Apitherapy Serbia is an international community of doctors, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, clinical biochemists, technologists, healthcare associates and other professionals who are dedicated to researching the medicinal effect and using beehive products for the prevention and treatment of human and animal diseases. Apitherapy is not only a science, but also an art. Bees and their products have been present in the daily life of man since the oldest records. Today, there is no doubt that bee products are unique in their composition and action. If we use them daily, they have a very beneficial effect on our overall health, they give vitality, strength and beauty. Bee products include: honey, propolis, perga or bee bread, royal jelly, wax, bee pollen, bee venom, and recently air from active hives.
